Frank serves as president and chief executive officer of the Comiskey agency. He is a dedicated student of the industry and is widely respected as an insurance expert. He is committed to meeting the needs of each client with objective advice and responsive service.

He graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a B.B.A and received his M.B.A. from the Wharton School. Frank especially enjoys solving complicated insurance problems and works hard to follow through in a detailed manner.

Helen M. Burge
Helen is the accounting manager and head of the Human Resource and Information Technology Departments of the Comiskey agency. She has over 30 years experience in the insurance industry, combining a background in personal lines and business insurance with her present duties as accounting manager. She holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees from the University Of Texas at Austin.

Helen enjoys reading, UT athletic events and time with her family when not working to serve the clients of the Comiskey agency where needed.

Jenifer Knickerbocker
Jenifer is our commercial lines manager. She has 20 years of experience in the insurance industry in both commercial and personal lines, with a particular emphasis in Marketing. She has worked at all of the brokerage, company, MGA and agency levels, including Underwriting and Claims Management. Jenifer maintains a current awareness of the ever-changing insurance world by attending educational classes and seminars specific to the industry.

Jenifer delights in spoiling her nephews, taking frequent trips to Disney World and admitting she is addicted to Starbucks.

Kristine Smiley
Kristine is the most recent addition to the agency as a commercial lines account manager. She started in the industry in 1983 on the carrier side and switched to the agency side in 2000. She has experience in Marketing and Commerical Lines. She currently holds CPCU, AU, and ARM designations. Her commitment is to her clients, and taking care of their variety of insurance coverage needs.

Kristine is married and recently moved to Houston from Kansas. She enjoys the great restaurants and fabulous shopping Houston has to offer.
